This role is primarily responsible to develop and profitably manage Banking relationships for SME clients. Provides general business banking solutions to clients while adhering to the Bank’s policies & procedures.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage relationships with existing clients and develop /build relationships with new SME Clients.
- Maximize the up-selling and cross-selling of Capital Bank’s products and services.
- Conduct field visits to SME clients.
- Client relationship management to identify & maximize new business opportunities, understand clients requirements and needs.
- Review and recommend credit requests to ensure adherence to credit policies, and appropriate risk-return propositions.
- Conduct credit analysis and write up credit report for approval.
- Receive and solve clients complaints.
Required Experience :
4+ years’ experience in Banking Industry or any related field.
Required Educational Level :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking , Business Administration, or any equivalent field.
