Motory is looking for a Call Center Agent to deliver exceptional customer support through inbound and outbound calls. Based in our Amman office, this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or support.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate when needed.
- Log all interactions in the system with accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and communication tools such as Bavatel.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English is required.
