We are looking for a professional Spa Receptionist to oversee the reception area of our spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive spa experience.
Job Responsibility-
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the spa
- Manage appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Assist with spa retail sales and product information
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations
- Address any guest concerns or complaints effectively and efficiently
Candidate Requirements-
- Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
