Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks to support smooth business processes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Manage order processing, data entry, and tracking of customer requests in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on operations and service performance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support the implementation of new systems or procedures.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems, ERP tools, or ticketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, SAP) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles, operational coordination, and service level metrics.
- 2–4 years of experience in a combined operations and customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
