Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and sellers, ensuring they receive exceptional support across all touchpoints. Your role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and seller inquiries via chat, email, phone, and social media.
- Resolve product, order, payment, or delivery-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and follow up on open cases to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with operations and catalog teams to ensure accurate product and order information.
- Educate users on how to use the platform and provide guidance when needed.
- Support marketing campaigns and seller onboarding initiatives with customer-facing communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Experience in customer service or client support and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
