We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to contribute on-site to the daily management of operations across branches and the central kitchen, ensuring the implementation of daily standards and reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
Detailed Responsibilities:- Ensure daily operations are executed properly, including preparation, delivery, cleaning, setup, and order handling.
- Monitor the performance of the operations team across branches, delivery, and the central kitchen.
- Ensure all daily operational instructions and health standards are strictly applied.
- Follow up on stock levels and report any shortages or missing items.
- Submit daily and weekly reports covering production, issues, and observations.
- Train new staff members on company policies and operational procedures.
- Respond immediately to any operational emergencies in branches or production areas.
