Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing BCI’s and Xiaomi’s brand visibility, improving customer engagement, and boosting revenue across different channels. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, a proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, driving innovative strategies, and using data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the objectives and goals of the mobile and IoT Business.
· Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencers PR, and traditional media.
· Conduct comprehensive analysis to understand company and product positioning, identify target audiences, and establish specific marketing objectives across various product segments, geographies and channels.
· Develop and manage the calendar for marketing programs, events and activities.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, consumer demands, and competitive advantages.
· Collaborate with sales, brand management team, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are well-integrated and aligned.
· Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
· Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics, offering actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
· Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company at the cutting edge of marketing.
· Guide the day to day activities of the marketing team, ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
· Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
Job Specifications:
· Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related field
· 8-10 years’ experience
· Professional Chartered Marketer (CIM)
