This is a hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Amman with the possibility of some remote work. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- 0-2 years experience
- Experience in implementing HR policies and managing employee benefits
- Personnel Management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification is a plus
