Job Summary
We are looking for a well-organized and driven Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. In this role, you will help manage client accounts, handle communications, find new business leads, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. Your focus will be on supporting sales efforts, especially in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, mainly in the hospitality sector across the MENA region
- Use ERP and CRM tools to manage client information, track sales activities, and support reporting
- Identify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research
- Work closely with different departments to provide tailored solutions for client needs
- Prepare and present professional proposals and sales materials
- Support contract negotiations and help close deals
- Monitor the sales pipeline and share regular updates and reports with management
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales; experience with 5-star hotels or in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage
- Using ERP and CRM systems
- Good understanding of sales processes and client relationship management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Motivated, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Willing to travel when required
