Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with account management, customer service, lead generation, and day-to-day communications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, primarily within the hospitality sector across the MENA region.
- Utilize ERP and CRM systems to manage customer accounts, monitor sales activities, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry engagement.
- Work closely with internal departments to deliver customized solutions that align with client needs and company standards.
- Create and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and coordinate order execution to meet sales targets.
- Deliver timely, accurate sales reports and pipeline forecasts to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional network and stay informed on market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales; experience in the hospitality industry—especially with 5-star hotels—is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of ERP and CRM systems to support sales processes.
- Solid knowledge of sales principles, client relationship management, and market dynamics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently deliver presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Self-motivated and collaborative, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent time management.
- Willingness to travel as required.
