Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (FMCG background preferred)
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (required)
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and execute onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Design and deliver training and development initiatives to foster employee growth.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues while promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with management to develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee benefits and compensation management in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and industry standards, providing expert guidance on compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including performance reviews, attendance, and leave management.
- Act as a trusted HR partner for employees across all levels and functions, understanding and addressing the unique needs of warehouse teams, sales teams, and office staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably within an FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to managing diverse HR responsibilities.
