About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skills gaps.
- Design, deliver, and coordinate training programs, both in-person and online.
- Prepare learning materials and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support employees with career development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in training and development.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and modern training methodologies.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
