Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all facets of logistics operations, including sea freight (both LCL and FCL).
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain effective communication with overseas agents.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth and efficient logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in logistics operations or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of supply chain management, logistics software, and MS Office.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum 3+ years in freight forwarding companies (Required).
- Strong written communication skills.
