A leading healthcare organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) is seeking an experienced professional to join its leadership team.
🔹 Available Position:
👨💼 Outpatient Clinics & Home Healthcare Operations Manager
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the daily operations of outpatient clinics and home healthcare services.
• Ensure operational excellence by improving patient flow, enhancing the patient experience, and reducing waiting times.
• Monitor operational and revenue performance while driving productivity and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations teams while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Oversee the quality and continuous improvement of home healthcare services.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, patient safety regulations, and Saudi healthcare requirements.
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in outpatient clinic operations; experience in home healthcare services is highly preferred.
