Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman. This role supports day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating payment and settlement processes, tracking transaction flows, and assisting with onboarding new business and charity partners. The Operations Assistant will handle customer and merchant inquiries, maintain accurate records, and help resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities also include preparing basic reports, monitoring system performance indicators, and supporting the implementation of operational improvements and standard operating procedures. The role requires close collaboration with customer service, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Operations and Operations Management to support daily processes and improve efficiency.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track performance metrics, identify issues, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in fintech, payments, or general business operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation tools) and comfort learning new systems.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, finance, or a related field is preferred.
