Business Unit Overview
The Chief Technology & AI Office powers PwC Middle East’s One Firm Tech and AI ambition by translating strategic priorities into scalable, business led AI solutions that improve how the firm works, serves clients, and creates value. The CTAIO operates end-to-end across the AI lifecycle, from opportunity shaping and solution design to deployment, adoption, change management, and value realisation. The office provides orchestration, technical fluency, governance, and feedback loops needed to turn innovation into reusable assets, measurable commercial outcomes, and lasting competitive advantage.
How You’ll Contribute
As a Strategy and Operations Associate in the Chief Technology and AI Office (CTAIO), you will support the delivery of PwC Middle East’s Technology & AI strategy. Working with the Strategy Leader, CTAIO Chief of Staff, and CTAIO workstream leads, you will help turn strategic priorities into practical plans, support programme coordination, contribute to governance activities, and enable collaboration across lines of service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support strategic initiatives that contribute to the CTAIO’s ambition to build the Middle East’s leading AI-powered professional services organisation.
- Assist with the execution of the firm-wide Technology & AI strategy, including supporting operating model activities and delivery mechanisms.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Strategy Office by coordinating administrative activities, tracking actions, and supporting with slide materials for updates and governance forums.
- Contribute to governance activities by helping capture decisions, document actions, and support follow-through on agreed priorities and ownership.
- Track progress against strategic objectives, KPIs and key milestones by maintaining inputs for dashboards and reports that support informed decision making.
- Coordinate engagement across CTAIO workstreams by supporting meeting preparation, tracking dependencies, and helping maintain momentum against agreed priorities.
- Supporting the team with team engagement to gather inputs, support analysis, and contribute to AI-enabled business strategies and transformation roadmaps.
- Apply curiosity, analytical thinking and a proactive mindset to support the Strategy Office as an enabler of PwC Middle East’s AI transformation.
What You’ll Bring
- Years of experience: 1-3 years of experience with a background in project management, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, technology strategy, transformation or enterprise change.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, Technology, Economics or a related discipline.
- Designations & Certifications: MBA or professional qualifications in strategy, project or portfolio management, AI, digital transformation or change management would be advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Experience in strategy development, operating model design, business case development, portfolio management, executive reporting and enterprise transformation. Familiarity with AI, emerging technologies and digital transformation is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Experience in operational / project management roles preferably within AI, technology, consulting or innovation environments. Proven ability to manage operational workstreams, governance cycles and stakeholder coordination. Good communication and presentation skills, with problem-solving capability to help translate ambiguity into strategic plans. Comfortable working with technical teams, xLoS stakeholders, and cross ‑ functional teams in fast ‑ moving environments.
- Language Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
