Job Purpose:
Provides subject matter expertise on all operations training, new product testing and implementation, Learning Zone execution, MIT development plan execution and local functional training to drive a high-performance culture in the KFC Brand. Provides guidance and oversight to restaurant management teams and work collaboratively with Operations to achieve the market training goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the new hires get required training to handle their positions properly.
- Responsible for the effective execution of the training programs on the Learning Zone, ensures that all MIT`s & restaurant managers are trained and certified according to the Brand standards.
- Coordinate classroom training sessions (e.g. schedule, participant information, workbooks, etc.) to support an optimal learning environment.
- Deliver and evaluate training programs and attend TTT programs to learn new training materials and content requirement.
- Review content and make necessary adjustments to material to best address any cultural and linguistic issues, while keeping the integrity of the training content.
- Provide regular reporting on the training conducted and its effectiveness to Operations.
- Organize internal technical competitions among TMs and Management.
- Drive operational systems improvements and execution through coaching, shift planning & positioning, crew training to streamline and improve operations.
- Responsible for the effectiveness of the technical training and certification & recertification process.
- Assists and support all new products and initiative implementation and introduction training. Coordinate efforts with Operations team for appropriate roles and involvements.
- Ensure that all appropriate assessment data is effectively utilized in needs analysis process,
- Responsible for the effective execution of the bench planning system and evaluate the screening process
- Conduct training restaurant certification and re-certification in an annual base
- Assist in developing training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Conduct technical training exposure for newly hired RSC team.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching and remedial training when necessary
- Conduct regular in-field coaching and Ops visits in the stores.
- Responsible of the Certification of the employees prior to the promotion approval
- Determine low performers and consult with the concerned Operation Manager to decide on lay off and replacement.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
Education:
Experience & Skills:
- ≥ 2 years as Restaurant Manager; currently TRGM in a certified Training Store
- Strong English and Arabic communication; working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
- Valid driving license with own car
- Demonstrated coaching, training, and team development capability
- Good knowledge of AI tools and practical application in operations
- Ability to communicate effectively with all organisational levels. Clear, concise, and influential written communication skills.
- Achievement orientated and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to develop highly effective working relationships with internal and external networks
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills
- Creative, resourceful, and pragmatic with a positive ‘can do’ and solution-focused attitude
- Experience in QSR industry
