Full-Stack Engineer
Backend-Focused, AI-Assisted Development
We’re hiring a full-time Full-Stack Engineer to continue building our internal operations dashboard.
The platform brings together our ERP, GPS fleet tracking, field sales tools, delivery dispatching, and other operational systems. It is used daily by our team, so your work will be tested in real situations and shipped quickly.
This is an AI-assisted development role. Codex or Claude will be central to how you work. We are looking for someone who can understand an operational need, turn it into an exact specification, guide the AI effectively, review the result carefully, and deliver reliable features.
What Matters Most
The most important part of this role is getting the specification right.
You will regularly sit with stakeholders, listen to how they work, ask the right questions, identify edge cases, and translate their needs into clear technical requirements.
You must be able to:
Communicate fluently in spoken and written English
Hold productive conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understand operational problems, including details that may not be obvious at first
Turn conversations into precise specifications and acceptance criteria
Use Codex or Claude extensively for software development
Review, test, and improve AI-generated code instead of accepting it blindly
Work independently while knowing when to ask for clarification
Work regularly from our offices in Al Bayader and live within a practical commuting distance
These are core requirements, not bonus qualifications.
What You’ll Be Working On
You will continue developing an existing application and feature backlog, including:
ERP write-backs
Delivery capacity planning
Audit logging
Third-party system integrations
Data synchronization and reliability
UX improvements
Operational reporting
System maintenance and performance
The Role
Most of the complexity is in integrations, data pipelines, business rules, permissions, and system architecture. The frontend is clean, practical, and focused on data-heavy operational workflows.
You will work on an established codebase, so you must be comfortable understanding existing behavior before making changes.

Required Experience
TypeScript experience
Backend development experience with Node.js
Experience with NestJS, or the ability to become productive with it quickly
Confidence working with PostgreSQL and Prisma
Some React experience, particularly with data-heavy interfaces
Experience integrating third-party APIs
Familiarity with REST APIs, XML-RPC, synchronization jobs, or data pipelines
A proven history of using Codex or Claude to develop, debug, and ship software
Strong testing and code-review judgment, especially when working with AI-generated code
Bonus Experience
ERP systems, particularly Odoo
Maps, GPS tracking, or geospatial features
Logistics, delivery, or dispatching systems
Operational dashboards and internal business tools
