Role Purpose
Owns the architecture and design of the Oracle BRM billing platform and its integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for billing, charging, and revenue management capabilities.
- Analyze product, pricing, rating, billing, balance, and revenue-process requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional and technical designs for Oracle BRM and related components.
- Define integration flows with CRM, product catalogues, mediation, order management, payments, and finance systems.
- Design charging and billing processes for applicable real-time and batch scenarios.
- Define data mapping, business rules, exception handling, and reconciliation requirements.
- Assess solution scalability, performance, security, and operational supportability.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure alignment with approved architecture and standards.
- Support SIT, UAT, migration, cutover, and production-readiness activities.
- Document architecture decisions and guide teams through complex billing or charging issues.
Required Technical Skills & Tools
- Extensive Oracle BRM experience (BRM 12+).
- BRM architecture: CM, DM, Pipeline, ECE, PDC.
- Opcodes, MTA and custom development.
- Oracle Database and SQL.
- Telecom billing processes.
