Backend Engineer – Java / Spring Boot (Mid-Level, 4+ years)
We are building a modern enterprise web platform and need an experienced backend engineer who can own features end to end, from design to production.
This role is for engineers with real production experience. It is not suited to junior profiles or fresh graduates.
What you will do
• Design and build backend services and APIs with Java and Spring Boot
• Integrate with external enterprise systems
• Work with relational databases, messaging and caching
• Write tests and review your teammates' code
• Ship through CI/CD in short release cycles
What you bring
• 4+ years of professional backend development with Java and Spring Boot
• Proven track record of shipping and supporting systems in production
• Strong experience with APIs and system integration
• Good knowledge of databases, messaging, caching and application security
• Familiar with containers and CI/CD
• Able to work independently and explain technical decisions clearly
Nice to have
• Experience on enterprise financial systems or ERP integrations
• Workflow engines
• Logging and monitoring
