We are seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders in delivering people solutions that support operational and organizational goals. The role focuses on workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and manpower management
- Manage employee relations and provide HR policy guidance
- Drive performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiative
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance, and labor regulation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Experience in the Power, Energy, or Solar industry is required.
- Strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR/SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS/ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
