Job Summary

The HR & Operations Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, payroll processing, and statutory compliance (Social Security and Tax) for our corporate clients and their co-employed workforces. This role requires a strong background in outsourcing or EOR service models, ensuring seamless service delivery, accurate payroll execution, and strict adherence to local labor and tax laws.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End HR Operations: Manage employee life-cycle processes for client accounts, including contract preparation, onboarding, ongoing employment management, and offboarding.
Payroll & Tax Administration: Execute monthly payroll processing, calculate income tax deductions, and ensure accurate tracking of commissions, KPIs, and allowances.
Statutory Compliance: Handle all Social Security registrations, monthly declarations, terminations, and ensure full compliance with regional labor laws and tax regulations.
Recruitment & Sourcing: Manage client recruitment requests, source candidates, and facilitate hiring pipelines to meet client headcount requirements.
Client & Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding legal employment, payroll calculations, and local labor practices, resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of HR experience, with proven experience in the Outsourcing or Employer of Record (EOR) industry.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of local labor laws, social security systems, and corporate/individual income tax structures.
Preferred: Solid background handling client-facing HR operations and high-volume, multi-company payroll systems.
