At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for a proactive and people-focused Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee experience initiatives across our operations in Jordan. This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective HR service delivery, fostering employee engagement, managing employee relations, and maintaining a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.
Role Overview
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted HR partner to employees and business leaders. The role will oversee HR operations, employee relations, grievance management, engagement initiatives, compliance activities, and workforce support, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience while aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of onboarding, probation management, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and employee exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and workplace issues, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
- Partner with managers to address employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, counselling discussions, and policy interpretations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes, recognition activities, and communication campaigns to enhance employee experience.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies, and internal HR governance requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, headcount updates, and workforce analytics to support management decision-making.
- Support performance management processes, employee development discussions, and talent review activities.
- Coordinate with business leaders and Group HR teams to implement HR initiatives and organisational programmes.
- Support HR audits and compliance reviews while ensuring timely closure of audit observations and action plans.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and employee service delivery standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to HR Operations and Employee Relations.
- Proven experience managing employee grievances, investigations, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Hands-on experience in employee engagement, retention initiatives, and culture-building programmes.
- Strong understanding of Jordan labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience working with operational, frontline, or multi-site workforce environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical and business-focused approach to HR.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
