& Automation Specialist
Naouri Group is seeking to recruit a highly
qualified and experienced AI & Automation Specialist to support the Group's
digital transformation strategy and drive innovation across its diverse
business operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in
identifying, developing, and implementing Artificial Intelligence and
Automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve
decision-making, and create sustainable business value.
Key
- Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial
Intelligence and Automation technologies across business functions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered
solutions and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Utilize Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data
Analytics, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve business processes and
customer experiences.
- Collaborate with departments to understand
operational challenges and translate business requirements into practical AI
solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and
recommend innovative applications aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI
models and automation processes.
- Support data-driven decision-making through
advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security,
and governance requirements.
Qualifications
& Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence,
Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology,
or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of practical experience in
Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Automation, or related
disciplines.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine
Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language
Models (LLMs).
- Experience with AI frameworks, automation
platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project
management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability
to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a fast-paced business environment.
Preferred
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data
Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in AI, Machine
Learning, Data Analytics, or Automation.
- Experience implementing AI solutions within
large organizations or multi-business environments.
