We are looking for a motivated and professional Product Business Development Supervisor to join our growing team at Extensya.
📍 Location: Amman "On site"
📊 Experience: 2–3 years in IT industry
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Marketing, or related field
🌐 Languages: Arabic + English (B2 and above)
Requirements:
• Strong communication, networking & relationship management skills
• Experience in sales, lead generation, or account management
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Manage accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth
