Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Transformation Manager to lead our AI initiatives charter for strategic transformation across our new seller success organization. This role will be responsible for driving AI-enabled automation, build vs buy decisions, process re-design, operational excellence, sales productivity and technology adoption to accelerate revenue growth and improve customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong experience on AI first initiatives across industries, business acumen, analytical rigor, program management expertise. They will partner closely with Sales, Product, Technology and Analytics to identify opportunities, design scalable solutions, pilot with internal quick-build or 3rd party solutions and deliver measurable business impact. He will be responsible to scale solutions across UAE, KSA, Egypt, Turkey & South Africa and potentially exporting to other emerging marketplaces.
Key job responsibilities
Business Transformation & Strategy
- Develop and execute the new seller success transformation roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify AI-first or automation opportunities to improve sales productivity, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency.
- Identify AI-first or automation opportunity to improve marketing & communications efficiency delivering OpEx saving
- Lead large-scale transformation programs from business case development through implementation and adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across lead management, sales processes, workforce planning, and customer engagement.
Process Excellence
- Map, assess, and redesign end-to-end seller onboarding processes to eliminate friction and improve performance.
- Establish standardized operating procedures and governance mechanisms across sales teams.
Technology & Automation
- Partner with WW & MENA Technology teams to implement CRM enhancements, sales automation tools, AI-powered solutions, and workflow automation.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through intelligent automation and self-service capabilities.
- Drive adoption of new sales technologies and ensure realization of business benefits.
Data & Performance Management
- Build performance measurement frameworks and transformation scorecards.
- Analyze sales funnel metrics, conversion drivers, productivity indicators, and customer insights to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop executive dashboards and present progress updates to senior leadership.
Change Management
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
- Develop communication, training, and adoption plans to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
Program Leadership
- Manage multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously across business units.
- Define product/program milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Knowledge of AI automation/workflow orchestration/sales technology ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
