Job Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function within the medical sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping people strategies, driving organizational performance, and partnering with leadership to support business objectives. The role encompasses full responsibility for HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support business growth.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Jordanian Labor Law and all applicable HR regulations and policies.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage performance management processes, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration and provide recommendations based on market practices.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with department managers to address workforce needs and provide HR guidance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage).
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Previous experience in the healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, or hospital sector is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
