How You’ll Contribute
As a
Manager in DS&E, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage delivery of digital transformation projects across data, cloud, automation, and platform integration.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and guide the execution of scalable digital solutions.
- Support senior client relationships and maintain transparency on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Lead day-to-day team activities, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify areas for innovation and contribute to solution development and service enhancement.
- Lead the technical delivery of .NET-based applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Guide developers through detailed design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Convert solution architecture into technical tasks, delivery plans, engineering standards, and reusable components.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science; Master’s optional.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Scrum Master, or DevOps-related credentials are advantageous.
- 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, custom development, and solution delivery with experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Technical Skills
- C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework Core.
- REST APIs, authentication, authorization, integration patterns, and backend service design.
- SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, queues, background jobs, and performance optimization.
- Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, Docker, cloud services, and release management.
- Angular / TypeScript exposure is a plus.
- Soft Skills
- Strong team leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Delivery-focused, quality-driven, and comfortable working in complex transformation environments.
- Language Skills
- Fluent English required; Arabic is advantageous.
Travel Requirements: Your flexibility to travel 70% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients.
