Responsible for supporting corporate sales activities for Jordan River Designs, including Handicrafts and Karmeh Kitchen. The role focuses on identifying corporate sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, presenting suitable product solutions, coordinating orders, and maintaining accurate sales records to contribute to sales targets, customer satisfaction, and brand visibility.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales
- Supports the implementation of corporate sales activities in line with approved sales plans and targets.
- Identifies potential corporate customers, sales leads, and gifting opportunities across relevant market segments.
- Researchers target companies, customer requirements, market opportunities, and relevant corporate gifting trends.
- Contacts prospective customers, introduces Jordan River Designs products and services, and arranges meetings or product presentations.
- Presents relevant product options based on customer needs, order requirements, budget, and delivery timelines.
- Prepares quotations, product selections, and supporting sales materials in coordination with the Sales and Marketing Manager and relevant internal teams.
- Follows up on sales leads, quotations, proposals, and pending orders to maintain progress toward conversion.
- Coordinates the submission and follow-up of corporate sales orders and contracts to support timely processing and delivery.
- Maintains accurate customer, lead, quotation, order, and follow-up information on the approved CRM system or sales tracker.
- Prepares periodic sales activity reports, customer updates, pipeline reports, and order status reports.
- Collects and shares market feedback, customer comments, competitor activity, and product requests with the line manager.
- Maintains an updated understanding of Jordan River Designs product ranges, product features, customization options, pricing, and delivery requirements
Client Management:
- Builds and maintains professional relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
- Responds to customer enquiries and provides accurate information on products, pricing, customization, lead times, and order processes.
- Coordinates with internal teams to address customer requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the order cycle.
- Follows up with clients after delivery to confirm satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.
- Handles customer complaints and escalates issues requiring management support or cross-functional intervention.
- Conducts client visits and meetings as required to support sales follow-up, relationship management, and after-sales service.
- Maintains regular contact with assigned corporate accounts to identify repeat order and seasonal gifting opportunities.

Coordination and Administration
- Coordinates with production, operations, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately.
- Maintains organized records of quotations, purchase orders, contracts, delivery confirmations, and customer correspondence.
- Supports the preparation of sales presentations, product catalogues, corporate gifting selections, and client-facing materials.
- Ensures sales documentation and reporting are complete, accurate, and submitted within agreed timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or another related field.
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, account management, business development, retail, FMCG, gifting, hospitality, or a related field..
- Practical experience in sales follow-up, customer relationship management, lead generation, and order coordination.
- Experience using CRM systems, sales trackers, Microsoft Office applications, and customer databases.
- Familiarity with corporate gifting, retail products, handmade products, food products, or customer-facing sales environments is an advantage.
