We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate follow-up.
.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
. Conduct sourcing and headhunting activities through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
. Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records.
. Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
. 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment systems is preferred.
Contract Type: Limited Contract (6 Months)
