Job Description
Job Brief:
We are seeking an HR Data Entry & Implementation Associate to support the implementation of HR solutions across municipalities. The role combines HR data management, Excel-based data processing, and implementation support activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, validating, organizing, and preparing employee data while assisting the project team during data migration, testing, and system implementation phases.
The ideal candidate should possess strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of HR data accurately. The role requires close coordination with municipalities, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and data integrity throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Data Management & Data Entry
- Collect, review, organize, and maintain employee data received from municipalities and related entities.
- Enter, update, and validate employee records accurately in Excel templates and designated HR systems.
- Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency prior to migration and system uploads.
- Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation activities to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information and project data.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, status reports, and data progress logs.
Implementation Support
- Assist the implementation team in gathering and reviewing HR data requirements from municipalities.
- Support data migration activities, including data preparation, mapping, verification, and uploads.
- Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating employee records and reporting issues.
- Assist in verifying data accuracy following system configuration and migration activities.
- Coordinate with municipalities to collect missing information and resolve data-related issues.
- Support project go-live activities by validating records and ensuring successful data deployment.
- Monitor implementation activities and provide timely updates on assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Escalate data inconsistencies, system issues, or project risks to the project team when necessary.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Communicate effectively with municipal representatives and project stakeholders regarding data requirements and project progress.
- Attend project meetings and contribute updates related to assigned responsibilities.
- Follow up on outstanding data requests and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of project-related records and correspondence.
