HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist — Jordan Office
CTI is an established company with growing international operations and a commitment to building professional, high-performing teams.
We are seeking an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the continued growth of our Jordan office. This person will manage recruitment for software development, accounting, operations, and other business functions while supporting the company’s broader HR requirements.
Because our Jordan office works closely with international management, excellent English is essential.
🔹 Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process, from workforce planning and sourcing through hiring and onboarding.
- Create professional job advertisements and candidate-sourcing strategies.
- Recruit PHP developers, accountants, operations employees, and other professionals.
- Screen applicants and conduct structured interviews entirely in English.
- Evaluate candidates’ spoken and written English proficiency.
- Coordinate technical and departmental interviews with management.
- Verify qualifications, employment history, and professional references.
- Prepare employment offers and support new-hire onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Develop relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
- Support HR policies, employee documentation, attendance, and performance management.
- Ensure HR and recruitment practices comply with applicable Jordanian labor requirements.
- Promote a professional workplace culture consistent with CTI’s standards.
🔹 Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of HR, recruitment, or talent-acquisition experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to conduct complete interviews professionally in English.
- Experience recruiting across multiple departments and professional disciplines.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and communication skills.
- Excellent organization, discretion, and professional judgment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Jordan’s employment market and labor practices.

- Recruiting PHP developers or other technical professionals
- Recruiting accountants and operations employees
- Using LinkedIn, regional employment platforms, and applicant-tracking systems
- Supporting onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
- Working with international management and cross-functional teams

- Workdays: Monday–Saturday
- Working hours: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Weekly day off: Sunday
