Hiring: Senior Project Manager | Jordan
Location: Amman, Jordan (Initially Remote/WFH)
Travel: 50–70% across client and regional locations
About Client - 15 yrs old US based software company having delivery team in India, USA, Europe and KSA is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager , to lead end to end delivery of enterprise technology, digital transformation, and software implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and transformation programs
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks
• Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery
• Engage with senior stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership
• Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Ensure project governance, reporting, quality, and compliance standards
Requirements:
• 8–12 years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a senior PM role
• Proven experience in enterprise software implementation and digital transformation
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
🔹 Preferred:
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Telecom, or Enterprise Technology
• Experience managing global projects and remote teams
- Enterprise Technology environments.
- Experience managing international projects and remote teams.
- Exposure to PMO governance, portfolio management, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Strong commercial and budget management experience
