Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects, from initiation to successful completion
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and take corrective actions as necessary
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools
- A certification in project management (PMP) is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage projects of varying sizes and complexity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record in delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software
