Job Description:
The Executive – SEO is responsible for supporting the execution, optimization, and performance of organic search strategies for MENA-region clients. This role focuses on delivering strong SEO performance through technical optimization, content development, and data-driven insights, while collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader digital objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of SEO strategies across client accounts.
• Analyze website and platform data to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth and performance improvement.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, identifying issues and implementing fixes related to site structure,
indexing, and performance.
• Perform keyword research, mapping, and metadata optimization to improve search visibility and
rankings.
• Optimize website content and landing pages to enhance user experience and organic performance.
• Contribute to SEO-driven content planning, research, and ideation aligned with search intent and
trends.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, and key KPIs, providing actionable insights.
• Execute link-building and outreach strategies to improve domain authority and search performance.
• Manage and optimize Google My Business listings and local SEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented effectively.
• Align SEO activities with paid media (SEM) strategies to support overall search performance.
• Support the execution of both English and Arabic SEO initiatives across markets.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and SEO best practices.
Key Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in an SEO or digital marketing role within an agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO principles.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms.
• Experience working with Google tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Looker Studio.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English required.
