Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Telesales Representatives located in Amman. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging potential and existing clients over the phone, providing expert knowledge on investment products and services, and closing sales. Daily tasks include responding to inbound inquiries, making outbound calls to generate leads, and maintaining relationships with clients through excellent customer service and support. The role requires achieving sales targets and participating in training sessions to stay updated on market trends and company offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Support and Sales
- Ability to participate in training sessions and apply learned skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Experience in the FX/CFD, finance, or investment industry is a favorable plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
