Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Officer based in Amman, Jordan. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing procurement activities, including processing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely supply chain operations. The role involves analyzing market trends, evaluating supplier performance, and purchasing goods and services aligned with the company’s operational needs while maintaining cost efficiency. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors will be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and managing Purchase Orders
- Good expertise in Contract Negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Excellent Analytical Skills for market research and cost analysis
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain operations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in the food, foodservice, or hospitality industries is an added advantage
- English proficiency.
- No more than 4 years of experience in this field, recent graduates are welcome.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
