The Senior Marketing Officer at DigiZag plays a key role in bridging marketing execution with partnership growth. This role oversees campaign execution, ensures alignment with business objectives, and drives continuous performance optimization across marketing channels, including social media.
The position also supports client onboarding, partner relationships, and contributes to identifying growth opportunities, ensuring all marketing and partnership efforts are well-coordinated and performance-driven.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Management
•Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across channels.
•Ensure campaigns are aligned with company objectives and brand positioning.
•Coordinate internally to support campaign planning and implementation.
•Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Social Media & Content
•Manage and grow DigiZag’s presence across social media platforms.
•Create and oversee engaging content for digital channels.
•Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
•Coordinate content with internal teams and partners.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
•Support onboarding of new clients and partners, ensuring a smooth setup process.
•Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients.
•Maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
•Address client needs, issues, and feedback in a timely manner.
Partnerships & Growth
•Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
•Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
•Collaborate on influencer campaigns and partnership activations.
•Contribute to strengthening long-term partnerships.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
•Track and analyze marketing and campaign performance.
•Prepare reports with actionable insights.
•Use data to support decision-making and optimization.
•Evaluate effectiveness across channels, especially social media.
Market Trends & Innovation
•Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices, including advancements in AI for marketing and social media.
•Suggest new ideas to improve performance and engagement.
•Identify opportunities to enhance marketing and partnership strategies.
Other Duties
•Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support DigiZag’s partnerships objectives and campaign success.
Qualifications
•Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Experience:2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing, partnerships, account coordination, or a related role.
•Background: Exposure to social media, digital campaigns, performance marketing, or publisher networks is preferred but not required.
•Language: Proficiency in English (Written & Spoken).
