The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Royal Jordanian Airlines, ensuring the attraction, assessment, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates across various operational and corporate functions. The role supports workforce planning objectives by maintaining talent pipelines, delivering efficient recruitment services, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting organizational hiring requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, including sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding activities.
- Review job applications, resumes, and candidate qualifications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and administer candidate assessments, tests, and evaluations as required for different positions.
- Schedule and participate in interviews in coordination with hiring managers and department representatives.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, and organizational fit.
- Handle pre-employment activities including security clearances, medical examinations, reference checks, and document verification.
- Prepare and communicate employment offers to successful candidates in coordination with the HR Planning Section.
- Coordinate with the Contracts Unit and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of employment documentation.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and maintain professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Arrange required induction, training, or qualification programs in coordination with the Corporate Training Department for newly hired employees.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, career fairs, university partnerships, and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.
- Build and maintain talent pools for critical, recurring, and future vacancies.
- Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while ensuring recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
- Support and participate in mass recruitment campaigns, assessment centers, career fairs, open days, and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate databases in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports and provide updates on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and hiring progress.

- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment environments is a plus.
- Experience in aviation, hospitality, customer service or other fast-paced operational environments is preferred.
