We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Showroom Sales Supervisor to join our sales team. The role is suitable for someone with strong retail sales experience, leadership skills, and the ability to drive showroom performance while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the showroom sales team and follow up on their daily performance.
- Ensure customers are welcomed and served in a professional manner.
- Support the team in understanding customer needs and recommending suitable electrical appliances.
- Follow up on monthly sales targets and support the team in achieving them.
- Coach, guide, and motivate sales staff to improve their selling skills and overall performance.
- Ensure products are well displayed, organized, and presented attractively.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams to support stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Prepare regular reports related to sales performance, team performance, and showroom observations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electrical appliances.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Good English level.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to support team development.
