We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Amman.

You’ll be the dedicated point of contact for enrolled families — guiding them throughout their journey, tracking student progress, coordinating with teachers, and building long-term relationships that create real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct consultative meetings with families to understand their child’s goals and academic needs
- Manage ongoing family accounts through regular check-ins and progress updates
- Handle renewals, upsells, and sales through relationship-based account management
- Manage phone calls, emails, and all necessary communication with families
- Coordinate closely with teachers and academic teams to ensure student success
- Represent 800 SAT Center at school events and parent sessions across Jordan and the region
- Travel as needed to schools, partner institutions, and our global branches
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or account management role
- 1+ year of experience in sales or consulting
- Experience in an educational institution is a strong plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English; any additional languages are a plus
- Based in Amman and open to travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, empathy, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building abilities
