Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager for SAS Software and Solutions located in Amman. The Sales Manager will oversee the formulation and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading the sales team, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to create tailored solutions for clients. The Sales Manager will also conduct market research, analyze trends, and apply data-driven strategies to improve performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and team leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and trend identification
- Familiarity with IT solutions, IT Services, data analytics, cloud services, and software optimization
- Understanding of the MENA market dynamics and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus
- Ability to lead a customer through the sales process, determining needs, and closing the sale
- Manage the sales cycle, performing lead qualification, providing quoting, and closing
- Monitor and attend all local and regional IT events and collaborate with Software Vendors
