We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with solid experience in selling design and execution services, capable of turning opportunities into successful projects.
Job Description:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, starting from client communication, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and closing deals, in addition to following up on projects during the execution phase in coordination with the technical teams.
Key Requirements:
• 3–5 years of practical experience in sales (preferably in interior design or decoration companies)
• Good knowledge of:
o Interior and exterior design
o Finishing materials (Aluminum, Wood, WPC, Stone, etc.)
o Basic understanding of drawings and design plans
• Strong skills in:
o Negotiation and persuasion
o Building client relationships
o Time management and task organization
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Proficiency in:
o Microsoft Office (Excel – Word)
o CRM systems or client management tools is a plus
• Driving license is preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Communicating with clients (field / office / online)
• Understanding client needs and providing suitable solutions
• Preparing professional quotations
• Following up with clients and converting leads into actual contracts
• Coordinating with design and execution teams to ensure quality delivery
• Following up on projects after sales to ensure client satisfaction
• Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in selling:
o Aluminum doors / Kitchens / Decorative solutions
• Basic understanding of design (design background is preferred)
• Ability to analyze the market and competitors
• Strong presentation skills
