Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Officer to generate new business opportunities for our marketing agency. The role involves identifying potential clients, promoting both online and offline marketing services, and supporting the sales pipeline through lead generation and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients across various industries
• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and field visits
• Promote agency services (digital marketing, branding, advertising, events, print, etc.)
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain client records and follow up on leads
• Support in preparing proposals and presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing
• Basic knowledge of online (digital) and offline marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
