We Influence It is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.
This role is built for someone who can open conversations, build relationships, generate leads, close deals, and represent the agency professionally with clients, prospects, influencers, and potential partners. The position includes lead generation, outreach, proposal coordination, sales follow-up, client relationship building, and supporting account management when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through direct outreach and referrals
- Build and maintain a clear database of prospects and contacts
- Conduct calls, meetings, and on-site visits to introduce W.I.I services
- Coordinate with the internal team to prepare tailored proposals
- Manage the sales funnel from first contact to contract signing
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Coordinate with influencers and external partners for exposure and lead generation
- Track outreach performance and report progress regularly
- Support account management when needed
- Represent the company on social media platforms when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of marketing, content, and social media
- Ability to work with internal teams and contribute to growth targets
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
