Job Title: Information Systems Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager with a strong technical background in full-stack development and team leadership. The role involves leading a team of developers, driving the design and delivery of scalable web applications, and ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise with leadership capabilities and a solid understanding of enterprise systems, including ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Track team progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Technical Delivery
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between development teams and other technical/business teams.
- Collaborate with Product Management to define requirements and technical solutions.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality, testing coverage, and defect resolution.
- Support production environments by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Drive Agile practices and improve development workflows.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Maintain proper documentation and system standards.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
- Proven experience in delivering scalable applications in environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise integrations.
