Role Overview
Microsoft Kuwait is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 & Copilot Adoption and Modern Work Consultant to lead end-to-end adoption, enablement, and tenant configuration engagements. The role focuses on driving business value realization through Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Copilot adoption, combining technical expertise with structured adoption methodologies.
The ideal candidate will engage executive stakeholders, design adoption strategies, configure Microsoft 365 workloads, and ensure measurable business impact through structured scorecards and adoption campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Copilot Adoption Strategy & Workshops
Conduct Persona and Scenario Workshops with customer stakeholders.
Review and prioritize predefined Copilot adoption scenarios and personas (including Executive/C-Suite by default).
Identify and document anticipated business benefits tied to selected scenarios.
Define and agree on focus scenarios and priority personas for adoption planning.
Design and implement a Copilot Scorecard to track impact and benefit realization.
Establish a baseline scorecard and measure ongoing value realization.
2. Adoption Campaign & Change Management
Develop a structured Copilot Adoption Campaign Plan aligned to selected personas and scenarios.
Identify campaign resources including Sponsors, Leaders, Managers, and Champions.
Lead sponsor and champion engagement sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops.
Deliver adoption sprints (2–3 weeks per sprint) with Day 1 readiness support.
Educate priority personas on core Copilot scenarios.
Support communications, monitor feedback mechanisms, and adjust adoption strategies accordingly.
Capture additional embedded use cases and recommend next-phase adoption initiatives.
Conduct retrospective workshops to review outcomes and define continuous improvement actions.
3. Microsoft 365 Tenant Planning & Configuration
Deliver Microsoft 365 service overview sessions to customer project teams.
Create a basic Microsoft 365 tenant plan, identifying remediation requirements for enablement.
Configure tenant-level settings based on customer requirements (excluding advanced policy design).
Configure up to four (4) customer-defined licensing profiles using Azure AD group-based licensing or PowerShell automation.
Perform network readiness assessment and support remediation efforts (including Network Insights tool support).
4. Exchange Online & Hybrid Enablement
Enable Microsoft Exchange Online and configure baseline tenant settings.
Configure internet mail flow (up to five mail hygiene rules or routing via customer relay).
Design and configure Exchange Hybrid between a single supported Exchange organization and Exchange Online.
Install and configure up to two hybrid Exchange servers if required.
Install and configure up to two Edge Transport servers if required.
5. SharePoint Online & OneDrive Enablement
Enable SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
Configure tenant-level baseline settings.
Create and configure up to five SharePoint sites (baseline configuration).
6. Microsoft Teams Assessment & Enablement
Conduct Microsoft Teams Meetings assessment and roadmap development (including coexistence/migration planning).
Enable Microsoft Teams and configure tenant-level settings.
Configure up to 25 user-level policies.
Design and enable Audio Conferencing (if licensed).
Activate Call Analytics and Call Quality Dashboard, upload subnet information, and demonstrate functionality.
Create and configure up to five Teams with channels (up to 30 users each).
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 deployment and adoption programs.
Strong knowledge of:
Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration
Exchange Online & Hybrid
Microsoft Teams & Meetings
SharePoint Online & OneDrive
Azure AD / Entra ID
Licensing & Group-Based License Assignment
Proven experience leading executive workshops and adoption campaigns.
Experience designing measurable adoption scorecards and value realization frameworks.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
