About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join a growing tech startup. This is a hybrid role combining sales with marketing responsibilities. You will play a key role in driving revenue, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s brand presence and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and update client records and pipeline in the CRM system
- Marketing:
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
- Manage and update content across social media platforms and the website
- Assist in creating marketing materials (presentations, brochures, proposals)
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts
- Track campaign performance and generate simple reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in outdoor/field sales
- Exposure to marketing activities (social media, content, campaigns)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
