About the Role:We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly dependable Executive Assistant to the CEO to support daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires a high level of ownership, flexibility, and professionalism, with direct exposure to executive-level decision-making and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO
- Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination efficiently
- Attend meetings, events, and business engagements alongside the CEO when required
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
- Assist in prioritizing activities and maintaining workflow efficiency
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
