Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Amman. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-impact campaigns, monitor performance, and provide strategic insights that support client growth and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media buying, analytics) to ensure smooth execution
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar role (preferably within a marketing/advertising agency)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and digital channels
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
