We're Hiring | Marketing Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Leader with a strong agency background to lead marketing across our portfolio of brands in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
About the Group: We are a multi-sector group that includes Optimum engine (vehicle maintenance & spare parts – Jordan), our specialty brand AOM – Ashraf Olayan Motors (Mercedes Classic Parts), and Sama Team (wooden interior decor & corporate furnishings – KSA + Qatar), along with our Artificial Marble Division in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the marketing strategy across all Group brands.
- Build the marketing team from the ground up — hire and lead specialists in content, social media, paid ads, and design.
- Manage social media presence across drive growth, engagement, and brand consistency.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns and optimize for ROI.
- Expand market reach across Jordan, KSA, and Qatar with localized strategies for each market.
- Develop visual identity and digital content that reflects the value of each brand.
- Track KPIs and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
- Partner with sales teams to convert marketing efforts into measurable business results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Agency — mandatory.
- Proven leadership experience managing and growing marketing teams.
- Strong command of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously.
- Fluent in Arabic and English — written and spoken.
- Solid analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Creative thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the Gulf and Levant markets.
